This plan is designed to take you from the couch to finishing your first Sprint Triathlon. It is influenced by the Training Bible and is particularly built for those that have little to no swim experience however you should be able to swim up to 25 yards (1 length) without stopping. You will do each leg 3x a week. If you are strong in one sport, feel free to either lengthen one or replace one for a weaker sport.
