In this level, we introduce you to the basics of building a better, stronger, and faster runner. We help improve your balance, coordination, and strength. Beat injury and get faster! Each week includes 3 workouts in PDF form so that you can always have these workouts in your repertoire!

Equipment needed:
Foam roller
Swiss ball
hand weights
kettleball (optional)

Time commitment: Each workout takes a maximum of 45 minutes.
