Beautiful and peaceful run on dirt country roads in central Wellington county. Really nice and quite, moderate/honest recovery pace. Coincidently exact pace, and time as last Saturday. Feeling more and more like myself.

First workout back from bronchitis. Nice weather today. This has been a very very tough month for me in more ways than one, but it was nice to get the legs going again. It felt tough, but I’ve missed working out greatly. With due time, I’ll get there.
